Antipasto Squares have become a favorite appetizer with my husbands friends. They come together quickly and easy to customize with your preferences or with whatever you happen to have in the house.

Ingredients:
2 Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheets
Turkey
Salami
Pepperoni
Provolone Slices
Peppercini, chopped
Olive Oil
Pecorino Romano
Dried Oregano
- Stretch one of the crescent doughs on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Layer with your cold cuts. This time I used turkey, salami, pepperoni, and provolone but you can use whatever you like and have on hand.
- Top with chopped peppercini. There are no real measurements in this recipe because you can add as much as your like or leave any ingredient out, if you don’t like it.
- Finally top with the second crescent dough sheets. Pinch together the edges.

Brush the top with olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano and pecorino romano cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, when crust turns golden brown.
Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into squares and enjoy!
